i’ve never done breathwork before, is The Brave One for me?

Yes, but don’t expect hand-holding. Ideally, you have experience with breathwork through the Soul Breathwork app, Muck+Gold, one of Iona’s mentorship programs, or other breathwork experiences/teachers.
