I have a ZeroFluff philosophy when it comes to intensives. I focus on what you ACTUALLY need to know and experience, and nothing else. Also, this is not your usual “course.” There is teaching included, but all Muck + Gold intensives are designed to be an active experience where you’re guided through short breathwork and deep healing journeys
