What’s the difference between the Soul Breathwork app and Muck + Gold?

The Soul app and Muck + Gold are like two planets in the Soul solar system. Think of the Soul Breathwork app as your breathwork starter kit. It’s got everything you need to start building breathwork into your life. Muck + Gold takes everything a layer deeper, adding in a lot of more inner work concepts, tools, and frameworks! You also have the chance to ask me questions + join the Muck + Gold community so you can chat with likeminded people. Side note, almost everyone who joins Muck + Gold is a Soul user, and we definitely encourage you to use both!

I’m a therapist or coach. Is Muck + Gold a good place for me?

Yes! I work with therapists and coaches looking for fresh perspectives all the time! That said, Muck + Gold doesn’t mean you’re trained to facilitate breathwork.

Do I get instant access to Muck + Gold regardless if I pay in full or use a payment plan?

Is 1:1 support included in Muck + Gold?

No. I will offer some reflections in the group chat during live intensives, but Muck + Gold is not a private coaching experience. I have a ZeroFluff philosophy when it comes to intensives. I focus on what you ACTUALLY need to know and experience, and nothing else. Also, Muck + Gold is not your usual “course.” There is teaching included, but Muck + Gold is designed to be an active experience where you’re guided through short breathwork and deep healing journeys
