HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Breathwork is a powerful experiential tool and process that allows deep self- exploration, transformation, and healing at all levels of self. Drawing on ancient healing and spiritual practices, Breathwork uses the power of breath and music to help you access a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Because this process can bring up intense emotions and strong physical experiences, I understand that issues arising from my participation in Breathwork may require additional therapeutic or supportive interventions. 

I understand and assume responsibility for any inherent risk in participating in Breathwork and all related Services provided. Breathwork, as described above, has the potential to create both desirable and undesirable effects. ‍I fully understand that Ii will be engaging in activities that may involve physical exercise and risks of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, which might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also that of the activities used.

I understand that if I am pregnant, taking anti---coagulant drugs (ex. Coumadin), have a severe bleeding disorder (hemophilia), have a heart condition, have seizures, photosensitive seizures, seizure-related symptoms, history or trauma, diabetes, circulatory problems, blood clots, cancer/malignancies, bone disorders (osteoporosis/Paget’s disease/multiple myeloma), metal implants or a pacemaker, I must consult a doctor prior to participating in Breathwork.

I agree that the use of all, or part, of the Breathwork practice is my choice, and done so at my own risk. Any actions or lack thereof, are neither the responsibility nor liability of the company providing the Services. The Services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. I understand that the Breathwork practice is not, by definition, a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. I understand that this work requires emotional, physical, and mental efforts, exertion, and behavioral experimentation, on my part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional injury. I acknowledge and take full responsibility for all the risks involved. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved with participating in the Services, including risks of serious injury, permanent disability and death, and that there may be risks neither known nor reasonably foreseeable at this time. I agree to fully assume all such risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following any such injury.I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Services, including no known history of fainting or epilepsy and not currently pregnant or breastfeeding. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my primary or secondary health care providers and accept full responsibility waiving all rights to liability or any claims against the company. 

i agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the company and its affiliates, officers, administrators, directors, teachers, and other employees of the company (the“releasees”) from any and all liability to me, including to my heirs or next of kin, for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, including disability, death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the releasees in connection with the Services, including due to negligence of the releasees.

I agree to conduct myself in a safe and reasonable manner. I agree that I will not participate in the Services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and will not consume drugs or alcohol while participating in the Services.
